1. Booking Requests

Booking forms on this website submit an enquiry first. A transfer or tour is confirmed only when availability, route details, timing, and payment arrangements have been agreed by Sophisticated Travels & Tours.

2. Pricing

Published prices are indicative fixed rates for popular one-way routes and are quoted per vehicle unless stated otherwise. Bespoke routes, waiting time, multi-stop itineraries, unusual luggage requirements, or partner vehicles may require a custom quote.

3. Flight Delays and Waiting Time

Flight monitoring is included for airport transfers. If your flight details change, please contact us as soon as possible so pick-up arrangements can be reviewed.

4. Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours' notice: 95% refund. 5% is retained to cover non-refundable banking and transaction fees.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: no refund. The chauffeur and vehicle are reserved for your booking and may not be rebookable at short notice.
